What is CiToutBeau?

CiToutBeau is a Philadelphia-based, Black-owned handmade crochet brand creating limited-edition hats, gloves, bags, and statement pieces designed to stand out. No two pieces are ever identical — each creation is intentionally crafted as wearable art.

Founded in 2016, CiToutBeau began as a freelance beauty brand serving the city with lip gloss, lashes, and later skincare essentials. After a thoughtful rebrand in 2026, we evolved into a refined crochet house — still rooted in creativity, quality, and exceptional customer experience.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We ship once weekly on Saturdays (at the moment).

Tracking information is sent when your shipping label is created. Please note:
Your package will be dropped off at the post office on the Saturday following your order placement.

Example:
If you order on Monday, your label may be created during the week, and your package will be shipped that upcoming Saturday.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your label is printed, you will automatically receive tracking information via email.

Where do you ship from?

All pieces are handcrafted and shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Custom Orders

Do you accept custom requests?

Yes — we proudly offer custom designs for clients seeking something uniquely theirs.

To begin:

Complete the Custom Order Form in full.
Submit the required non-refundable basic custom fee at the time of submission.

After review, a member of our team will contact you to confirm whether we are able to fulfill your request.

What happens if my custom request cannot be fulfilled?

If we are unable to complete your custom request, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Are custom orders refundable?

Once production has begun, custom orders are non-refundable.

If a custom order is canceled after work has started, CiToutBeau reserves the right to resell the custom piece.

Returns & Policies

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our pieces, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer refunds for:

Custom orders once started

Normal wear and tear

Sizing misunderstandings (please review measurements carefully)

Why do measurements vary?

Each CiToutBeau piece is individually handmade. Measurements may vary slightly from one design to the next. We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Are you responsible for normal wear and tear?

No. As with all handcrafted items, proper care is essential. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
