CiToutBeau is a Philadelphia-based handmade crochet house creating distinctive, limited-edition accessories and statement pieces.
Our designs are created for women who appreciate craftsmanship, individuality, and fashion that feels personal rather than mass-produced.

When was CiToutBeau established?
CiToutBeau was originally founded in 2016 and began as a freelance beauty brand offering products such as lip gloss, lashes, and skincare essentials.
In 2026, the brand entered a new chapter, evolving into a refined crochet house centered around handcrafted fashion, intentional design, and elevated customer experience.
While the medium has changed, our commitment to creativity and quality has remained.

CiToutBeau is proudly based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where our pieces are handcrafted and prepared for shipment.

Are CiToutBeau pieces handmade?
Yes.
Each piece is individually handcrafted rather than mass-produced.
This means your creation may have subtle variations in stitching, texture, measurements, shape, or finishing details. These variations are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to accurately photograph and represent our products.
However, because our pieces are handmade, slight differences may occur between individual creations. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device’s screen settings.
How do I know what size to order?
Please review the measurements listed on each individual product page before purchasing.
Our handmade pieces can vary slightly in measurement, so we encourage you to compare the listed dimensions with an item you already own or your personal measurements when appropriate.
If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
Will a sold-out item come back?
Some pieces may return, while others may remain exclusive to the collection in which they were released.
CiToutBeau intentionally produces many designs in limited quantities. Once a piece is gone, there is no guarantee it will be recreated.
If you see something you love, we recommend securing it while it’s available.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
At this time, CiToutBeau ships orders once weekly on Saturdays.
Orders placed during the week are prepared for the next scheduled Saturday shipment.
For example, an order placed on Monday may have its shipping label created during the week and be dropped off with the carrier that Saturday.
Please keep our weekly shipping schedule in mind when ordering for a special occasion, trip, or event.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Tracking information is sent by email once your shipping label has been created.
Please remember that a shipping label being created does not necessarily mean the package has already been dropped off. Tracking may begin updating once the carrier receives and scans your package.
Where do you ship from?
All CiToutBeau orders are prepared and shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Shipping options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Please remember that expedited shipping affects the transit time after shipment and does not necessarily change our weekly processing schedule.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
If your tracking information appears unusual or your package has been significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help you review the available shipment information.
CUSTOM CREATIONS
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes.
We welcome custom requests for clients looking for something uniquely theirs.
Custom creations allow us to collaborate with you on a design while maintaining the craftsmanship and aesthetic of CiToutBeau.
How do I request a custom piece?
Begin by completing the Custom Order Form on our website.
A required basic custom fee is collected with your submission.
After reviewing your request, a member of the CiToutBeau team will contact you regarding availability, design feasibility, materials, and next steps.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it. If we are unable to fulfill the request, we will refund the collected fee to the same payment method used for the order.
What happens if CiToutBeau cannot fulfill my custom request?
If we determine that we cannot fulfill your request before production begins, any applicable payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom orders require dedicated design time and materials.
Once shopping for the material and/or production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled for a refund.
Please make sure you are comfortable with the requested design, sizing, and details before production begins.
Can custom orders be returned?
Custom creations are made specifically for the requesting client and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Unless otherwise stated, all CiToutBeau sales are final.
Because our pieces are handmade and often produced in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
Please review product measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
We want every order to arrive as intended.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Please do not send an item back without receiving instructions from CiToutBeau.
Are handmade variations considered defects?
No.
Subtle variations in stitching, texture, shape, color appearance, and measurements are expected with handmade products.
These details are part of the character and craftsmanship of your individual CiToutBeau creation.

CARING FOR YOUR CITOUTBEAU PIECE
How should I wash my crochet wearable?
Always begin by reviewing the specific care instructions on your product page.
For washable crochet wearables, we recommend placing your piece inside a mesh laundry bag before washing.
The mesh bag helps protect the crochet from unnecessary friction, snagging, and stretching during the wash cycle.
When possible, use a gentle washing method and mild soap appropriate for the material.
Can I put my crochet piece in the dryer?
We do not recommend tumble drying crochet wearables unless the individual product’s care instructions specifically state otherwise.
The heat and movement of a dryer can stretch the finished piece, alter its shape, or affect its overall structure.
For longevity, we recommend allowing your piece to air dry naturally.
Should I hang or lay my crochet piece flat to dry?
Follow the care instructions provided for your specific item.
For pieces that may be safely hung, allow them to air dry naturally without excessive weight pulling on the fabric.
For pieces that are prone to stretching, laying them flat to dry may be preferable.
When in doubt, contact us before washing.
How can I make my CiToutBeau piece last longer?
Think of your handmade piece as an investment in craftsmanship.
We recommend:
- Following the care instructions provided with your item
- Using a mesh laundry bag when washing washable crochet wearables
- Avoiding tumble drying unless specifically approved
- Allowing pieces to air dry naturally
