At CiToutBeau, every piece is intentionally designed and individually handcrafted. Our collections are produced in limited quantities, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind. Because of the time, craftsmanship, and materials invested into each creation, we maintain a thoughtful and limited return policy.
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated, all CiToutBeau sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
We encourage every customer to carefully review the product description, measurements, materials, photographs, and care instructions before completing a purchase.
Handmade Variations
Because each piece is handcrafted, subtle variations in:
- Measurements
- Stitch placement
- Texture
- Shape
- Color appearance
- Finishing details
may occur.
These characteristics are not considered defects. They are part of the individuality and artistry of a handmade CiToutBeau creation.
No two pieces are expected to be perfectly identical, and that is intentional.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want every CiToutBeau order to arrive beautifully and as intended.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Your message should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from CiToutBeau.
If we determine that an item was damaged during shipment, defective due to workmanship, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.
Custom Orders
Custom creations require additional time, materials, and design consideration.
The basic custom fee is non-refundable once production has begun.
Once work has started on a custom piece, the order cannot be canceled for a refund.
If CiToutBeau determines that we are unable to fulfill a custom request before production begins, any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for the requesting client, completed custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If a custom order is canceled after production has begun, CiToutBeau reserves the right to retain the applicable fees and/or resell the completed piece.
Sizing & Measurements
Customers are responsible for reviewing the measurements provided on each product page before purchasing.
Slight variations in measurements may occur because our pieces are handmade.
A sizing preference or misunderstanding of measurements does not qualify an order for a refund or exchange.

Normal Wear & Tear
Handcrafted garments and accessories require proper care.
CiToutBeau is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper washing
- Improper drying
- Excessive stretching
- Snagging
- Pulling
- Improper storage
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow the care instructions provided with your item
Caring for Your CiToutBeau Piece
Proper care can significantly extend the life of your handmade piece.
For crochet wearables that are washable, we strongly recommend placing the item inside a mesh laundry bag before washing. This helps reduce snagging, stretching, and unnecessary friction between the crochet piece and other garments.
Whenever possible:
Wash gently. Protect with a mesh bag. Handle with care. Hang or lay out to dry.
We do not recommend tumble drying crochet wearables. Heat and the movement of a dryer can cause a finished crochet piece to stretch, lose its intended shape, or alter its structure.
Allow your piece to air dry naturally according to the specific care instructions provided with your item.
Always follow the individual care instructions listed on the product page, as materials and construction may vary by design.
Final Sale Items
ALL Items we sell anre identified as Final Sale meaning that they not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
