At CiToutBeau, every order is handled with intention. Our pieces are handcrafted, carefully prepared, and packaged before making their way to you.
Where We Ship
CiToutBeau currently ships from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
At this time, we primarily offer shipping within the United States.
International shipping may become available as our operations expand. If international shipping is offered for a particular item or collection, the available destinations and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
CiToutBeau currently ships orders once per week on Saturdays.
Orders placed throughout the week are prepared for our next scheduled Saturday shipment.
For example:
An order placed on Monday may have its shipping label created during the week and will be dropped off with the carrier on the following Saturday.
An order placed shortly before or on Saturday may be included in that week’s shipment when processing allows; otherwise, it will be included in the following Saturday shipment.
Please keep our weekly shipping schedule in mind when placing an order for an event, trip, gift, or specific occasion.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided by email once your shipping label has been created.
Please note that the creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the package has been accepted by the carrier. Carrier tracking may not begin updating until the package has been physically dropped off and scanned.
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of CiToutBeau’s control.
Shipping Delays
CiToutBeau is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Lost or delayed carrier scans
- Unexpected carrier volume
- Events outside of our reasonable control
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building’s designated package area, and the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will provide reasonable assistance with available shipment information.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to CiToutBeau because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Handmade & Made-to-Order Pieces
Some CiToutBeau pieces may require additional preparation or production time because they are individually handcrafted.
If an item has a specific production or processing timeframe, that information will be communicated on the product page.
Custom orders may have separate production timelines and will be discussed with the client before production begins.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, the package is in the carrier’s possession.
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can provide the available tracking and shipment information.
For damaged packages, please photograph the packaging and item as soon as possible and contact us promptly.
